As Clerk of Session of a church in uptown center city Charlotte, First United Presbyterian Church, it is with great pleasure that this review is written about Smith Janitorial Service and Floor Care. Members of our congregation all speak of the efficiency and professional customer service of this company. When we need supplies, they offer recommendations that would be best suited for our congregation. Specializing in churches is very important because of the various worship services; funerals; and other activities involved in ministry that require logistics that don't always involve a regular 9 to 5 corporate type schedule.
Our Governing Council, renewed our contract with Smith Janitorial due to the quality of their services. Constructive criticism is immediately taken care of when stipulated, and appropriate follow-up and supervision is also checked.
Challenges of ministry in uptown center city Charlotte involve many complexities. Smith Janitorial remains understanding of these issues and offers suggestions.
We have already recommended this company to other congregations and any other congregations would be well served if they decided to use Smith Janitorial Service and Floor Care.

What an amazing company! Broad Street Church, Moorseville has used SJS for at least ten years. Vicky is our church cleaning attendant has been with us since we signed our contract. It isn't just the weekly cleaning that we appreciate, it is the emergency service that we have sometimes needed due to scheduled events or even unexpected cleaning needs due to heavy rains that caused water to enter our fellowship hall. I have called them and they have arrived that day or early the next morning to take care of our cleaning needs.
I have actually served Broad Street twice and when I was reappointed to a new church for a couple of years, I called SJS and had them give my new church a quote on cleaning the properties. We signed a contract with SJS within one month and they are still being used by that church in Huntersville.
I would recommend SJS to anyone who is looking for reliable and quality cleaning services. Not to mention the wonderful staff and personnel that will help you any way that they can. You can't go wrong with SJS.
